After shared mailboxes have been migrated to O365, most of the users (mailbox is in On-Premise Exchange Servers) complained that they have very less or even sometime Zero free space in their profile drive inside VDI.
This happened because of the logs generated by outlook in the path below:
As shared mailbox was migrated to O365 and User mailbox is in On-Premise Exchange Server then connection to that shared mailbox was discontinued to the current outlook profile. As unable to have a direct connection to the shared mailbox, outlook generates log files in Outlook Logging folder while each and every Send\Receive of the discontinued mailbox happened in the outlook profile.
First properly close the outlook (Goto File -> click Exit) then try to delete the folder Outlook Logging in the path below:
Once you have open the outlook then it will recreate the folder as well as logs will regenerated to that folder.
So you have to remove the discontinued mailbox from the outlook profile then delete the outlook logging folder in the path above. Now re-add the shared mailbox to the same profile to directly connect the discontinued mailbox to the current profile.
Once the discontinued mailbox was connected back to the outlook profile then it will not generate the logs.
